Atlas Copco Weda S04N Sludge Pump

Problem-free pumping of dirty water and sludge.

With its cast-iron vortex impeller, the Atlas Copco Weda slurry pumpS04N enables fast and efficient dewatering even of water mixed with solids and sand. Up to a size of 25 mm, sediments can easily pass through the pump casing. The pump is equipped with a condenser that provides high torque. The motor is protected by a sophisticated system over the entire running time. In case of overload or overheating, the motor shuts down automatically.

This Atlas Copco pump also features a unique sealing system. The double mechanical shaft seal is made of the extremely hard and heat-resistant material silicon carbide. An additional lip seal supports the primary seal and ensures a longer service life of the same. Threaded discharge nozzles are included in the standard delivery of the unit. Another special feature is the easy maintenance of Weda pumps. The modular design allows easy separation of the individual pump parts, and the uniformly selected one-size bolts and nuts can be loosened and tightened with only one tool.

The Weda- S sludge pump is available in two different performance versions. While the Weda S04N pumps 270 l of dirty water per minute, the Weda S08N can pump 325 l in the same time.
