The particularly powerful Tsurumi KTV 2 is made of the most modern materials and can therefore be used reliably in all extreme situations and is low-maintenance and durable.
The pump casing, for example, is made of a special rubber, while the impeller is made of chrome cast iron.
Since the lower part of the pump can be disassembled with only one wrench, maintenance of the unit is very easy.
The KTV 2-8, KTV 2-15 and KTV 2-22 models differ in their motor power, head and flow rate, and dry weight.
The two models KTV 2-50 and KTV 2-80 are additionally equipped with an agitator that reliably whisks solid components of the medium and can therefore also easily convey silt, sludge, sand and bentonite.
Various technologies developed by Tsurumi ensure that the KTV pumps are absolutely safe to run dry and can therefore be used unattended for several hours.
The overhead discharge ensures that the motor is cooled even with smaller amounts of water.
Thanks to the patented oil distributor, the mechanical seal of the unit is always reliably lubricated.
In case of overheating of the motor or similar, various safety mechanisms take effect, which additionally extend the service life of the pump.
