The transmitter offers three times the power of the popular SGA4 and SGV4 transmitters. With the MXT4, you can track cables and wires at longer distances than was previously possible.
1 watt of power: the best in its class. The MXT4 provides three times the power output of standard transmitters, enabling cable tracking over longer distances. Don't worry: of course, all regulatory limits are met.
Four-position power adjustment. You control how much power you need and when.
Pulsating or continuous signal. Switch to pulsing mode at the touch of a button and you can keep tracking your line. Especially useful for heavy interference.
Choice of three signal frequencies. Use 33kHz for most applications; 8kHz for line tracking over longer distances; and the ultra-low 640Hz for special applications.
The MXT4 has a clearly audible beep to indicate when the transmitter is operating. It can also be muted.
The multi-segment LC display shows clear information about the selected functions and battery status. The modern, sturdy and lightweight design of the housing is similar to our successful and industry-leading SGA4 and SGV4 transmitters.
According to the IP65 standard, the MXT4 is water and dust protected, which is currently the highest IP protection for transmitters.
No calibration required thanks to digital signal processing.
The large and easy-to-open accessory compartment is integrated in the transmitter. There you can store not only the standard accessories, but also many optional extras such as transmitter clamps, probes and conductive couplers. Four standard batteries provide a long operating time. No need to charge an expensive battery pack overnight.
