The new C.Scope CXL4 cable and wire locator is a high-performance instrument, that uses the latest technology in digital signal processing. As a result, it requires no calibration and you save on service costs. It features the most advanced design on the market and instantly locates the exact position of lines and cables underground before digging begins. The CXL4 is a rugged cable locator that allows you to quickly and reliably locate cables, for example, to secure a construction site from digging. If you need special functions like depth measurement or locating with multiple frequencies, we recommend the devices DXL4 or MXL4.

FOUR search modes - each with its own unique advantages:
POWER MODE -the fastest way to discover buried power cables.
RADIO MODE receives "radio" signals that often run along metal cables and conduits. With a CXL4 and DXL4, these signals can be located without a transmitter.
SENDER MODE - locate signals transmitted by a C.Scope SGA4 or SGV4 transmitter along a cable or wire. It is also possible to locate signals sent by a C.Scope probe in the transmitter mode. This can be used to track non-metallic cables, for example.
ALLSCAN MODE locates all signal frequencies from lowest current frequencies to the 33 kHz of a transmitter.This all-in-one mode also picks up unusual frequency ranges not picked up by conventional current, radio and transmitter modes. This can speed up your work because you only have to search once.
