With larger gripping range

The step relocation tongs TSZ-Maxi from Probst have all the advantages of the TSZ-UNI, but with its gripping range of 850 mm to 1100 mm it is suitable for gripping and relocating larger Galabau elements. Like the TSZ-UNI, the Probst TSZ-MAXI Step Offset Tongs operate purely mechanically. Without additional manual operation, it changes from -GRIPPING- to -REPLACING- and can be used with any hoist.

Even tapered objects can be reliably gripped and relocated with the step relocation tongs. The immersion depth of 185 mm allows the pliers jaws to reach beyond the conical area and grip the element firmly and securely. The galvanized surface as well as the extremely robust rubber gripping jaws ensure a high robustness and load capacity of the tool. With a dead weight of only 30 kg, it can be used to lift loads weighing up to 600 kg. After some time, the rubber gripping jaws can be replaced at low cost.

Last but not least, thanks to the optional extra, the application possibilities of the TSZ-MAXI step relocation tongs can be extended many times over. With the height-adjustable support HVA, even large-format slabs can be laid. The steel gripping claws TSZ-UNI-WB-SQ make it possible to lift objects with unmachined surfaces such as rough-hewn stones. With the TSZ-UNI-ET insertion pocket with hooking eye and hand turning device, the TSZ-MAXI tread offset tongs can also be picked up with the forks of a forklift truck.
