Sembdner Small Seeder Hand Guided

Single-row and four-row seeder for the gardener and hobbyist who wants to achieve professional success.

In order to achieve optimal success, it is necessary to determine the desired seeding rate per area or running meter by calibration before sowing.
A procedure for this is described in the instructions for use.


Row sowing has the advantage over wide sowing that the plants can develop better, thus they have more space and light, thus the yield increases.

• Seed saving due to exact placement of the seeds
• Proven seeding technique with the same spacing and the same depth
• Pre-drawing of a seed furrow is no longer necessary, as the sowing coulter carries out this work
• The sowing coulter also ensures wind-protected seed fall
• The seed is discharged by a sowing shaft that passes through the scoop chamber of the seed box and is driven by the two impellers
• According to the type of seed, its size and the desired sowing quantity, the adjustment is made by moving the sowing shaft as well as raising and lowering the brush slider
• The seed furrows are drawn with the coulter attachment and the falling seed is covered with soil again by itself
• The wheel track marks the next row
• For larger row distances there is a marking device under Optional Accessories

Seed types that can be sown with the machine:
Vegetable and flower seeds, aromatic herbs and also various forest seeds, from the smallest sizes such as marjoram, poppy, clarkia, godetia, digitalis, to pansies, carnations, furthermore lettuce, endive, all types of cabbage, carrots, parsley, leek to radish, radish, spinach and many others.

The seeder is made entirely of metal, robustly built, galvanized and therefore indestructible and easy to handle.
From the point of view of work technology, the small seeders have the advantage of working in an upright position, which is easy on the back.

The sowing of peas is only possible with the small seeder K1 by changing the seeding shaft.
