Lehner ÖlTiger ® Oil Binder Spreader
Spread oil binder precisely, efficiently and quickly with fire engines or municipal vehicles.
On the one hand, the ÖlTiger® minimizes the potential danger for emergency personnel when spreading oil binder - on the other hand, spreading can be done much faster, more evenly and more conveniently by machine than by hand. This saves material (up to 70% less oil binder) and thus also later disposal costs. The ÖlTiger® can be mounted on almost all vehicles supplied with 12/24 volts, e.g. cars, trucks, sweepers, wheel loaders, etc., and is fully ready for use in just a few minutes.

Brackets
ATV/Quad bracket "on carrier" or "rear
This standard bracket for ATV or Quad is screwed to the grille of the ATV at four corners by the lower short counter plates without tools. The existing studs fit to hold the spreader.
Dropside bracket
With the side wall bracket, the spreader can be effortlessly hooked into a straight, non-curved side wall and fixed by means of two set screws.
Three-point hitch KAT 0/I/II
Three-point hitch for mounting on the upper and lower links of the hydraulic system (rear or front mounting). Shoulder dimensions: KAT 0: 530 mm, KAT I: 683 mm, KAT II: 825 mm
Spare wheel holder
The spare wheel holder is designed for mounting the spreader on the off-road vehicle, which normally has the spare wheel on the rear door.
For this purpose, one hole is pre-drilled at the factory, please drill two more holes according to the hole pattern of your vehicle. The four holes for mounting the spreader are already provided at the factory.
Implement triangle holder
Spreader holder for tool-free attachment to the vehicle's Accord or equipment triangle. The equipment triangle is fixed to the spreader with four screws.
Pick-up bracket standard
The pick-up bracket is height-adjustable. The dimensions from the top edge of the tailgate to the top edge of the ball head are adjustable from 590 to 780 mm, e.g. Ford Ranger: 700 mm, Nissan Navara: 760 mm, Isuzu/Opel Campo Sports Cab: 735 mm, Mitsubishi L200: 735 mm, Dodge RAM: 740 mm (AHK far back), Landrover: 830 mm (is too big)
Bracket for lawn tractor
Mounting options only for 70 & 70E liters Lehner
The upper tube is hooked in place of the catch basket, the lower tube is clipped to the springs. The bracket usually still needs to be adapted to the carrier vehicle.

Thanks to several mounting holes, this bracket can be mounted to almost any wheel loader or forklift. It facilitates access to the tailgate without dismantling the spreader. The bracket is stabilized and braced to the carrier vehicle by the 4 pieces of M20 adjustable feet with articulated plates.
Compatible with Lehner : 70, 70E, 110, 110E, 170, 170E
Lehner drawbar mount foldable wheel loader is inserted into the drawbar of the wheel loader or forklift.

The advantage of this bracket is that when the bracket is mounted (mounted spreader on the vehicle), the tailgate of the carrier vehicle can be opened without having to dismantle the spreader.
