Vetter industrial bags 8 bar are characterized by their silent, smooth and stepless lifting of the heaviest loads. They lift, push, press, pry and split - even in inclined positions.

The surface profile improves grip on slippery surfaces such as grass, sand, etc. They feature a multi-layer construction that covers broadly on each cushion side. This is an aramid reinforcement.

The industrial bags can be filled with air or water. The optional extra required for filling can be assembled individually.

To use the maximum lifting capacity, the entire effective area, i.e. total area minus the edge areas, must be fully under the load to be lifted and the cushion must be pressurized to the max. permissible operating pressure.

The selection of the industrial bag depends on the weight of the load to be lifted and the lifting distance.

This means that the industrial bag develops the greatest lifting force at the beginning of the lifting path and reaches the greatest possible lifting height in the unloaded state. This means that the lifting path is shortened as the load increases. The load-displacement diagram shown here illustrates this process.
