Altec's HFB 55 and 60 mobile aluminum loading ramps are designed for universal use in loading operations between trucks and ramps with little or no height difference.
The HFB 4 can bridge heights up to approx. 13 cm.
The Altec HFB 55 and HFB 60 loading ramps are all-rounders. They have only one stop and are used where there is little or no difference in height between the truck and the ramp.
On the other hand, however, safe and unobstructed driving and walking between the loading vehicle and the ramp should be ensured. Since such a mobile bridge made of robust aluminum is relatively light, pleasingly stable and also very weather-resistant, it can be used universally. Whenever safe bridging of the gap between the loading ramp and the truck is required, the mobile HFB loading bridge shows its strengths.
A fully loaded lift truck can easily drive through such a critical zone. The load capacity is 4000 kp per unit for the HFB 55 and 1200 for the HFB 60. The 55 cm long HFB 55 is available in widths of 125, 150, 175 and 200 cm. For the 57.5 cm long HFB 60, the customer can choose between the same widths.
With weights of 17 to 27 kg per piece, the HFB 60 are lower than the HFB 55, which weigh between 23 and 36 kg. Since all HFB loading ramps are easily transportable, their universal use is practically preprogrammed. They are ready for use at any time and can be carried in the truck without any problems.

When height differences of up to 13 cm are a problem for smooth loading, the mobile loading ramp type HFB from Altec comes into play. This mobile bridge, like all aluminum dock levellers, is relatively light, but in relation to the HFB 55 and 60 it is somewhat heavier, weighing between 28 and 50 kg per piece.
For this reason, customers also have the option of ordering this bridge with fixed castors. This means that the HFB is always ready for use quickly and anywhere. The fixed castors have a dead weight of 4 kg. The load capacity of the mobile loading ramp HFB is amazing with 4000 kp per piece. The HFB from Altec is available in lengths of 62.5, 75 and 100 cm. For the width, the customer can choose between 125 and 150 cm.
