A very good addition to the ABS aluminum rail with edge is the ABS-F foldable mobile wheelchair ramp from Altec. The ability to easily fold it makes this foldable aluminum rail a practical, necessary extra for any wheelchair.
Whether used to overcome height differences over stairs that cannot be negotiated without assistance or to drive up into a transport car, the ABS-F can do it all.
Like the lightweight ABS aluminum rail with edge, the ABS-F aluminum rail with edge is built to be lightweight, non-slip and durable. Because of its foldability, the respective total lengths of 148.5 cm (83.5 + 65 cm), 198.5 cm (108.5 + 90 cm), 248.5 cm (133.5 + 115 cm) and 298.5 cm (158.5+140 cm) are shared with an outer width for all of 23 cm (inside 15.5 cm).
The, depending on the dimension, different load capacity values are between 300 and 500 kg per pair. Again, the enormously low dead weights of the rails are pleasing. Thanks to aluminum and sophisticated design, they are only 6 to 11 kg each.
