The SuperVario® is a universal spreader for agriculture, which is operated independently of other drives, such as cardan or hydraulics, thanks to its 12 V drive. This means that two operations can often be combined into one, saving time and reducing effort and costs in the long term.
The working width can be flexibly adjusted between 2 - 24 m, as the spreading disc of the SuperVario® can be continuously regulated between 200 and 3,000 rpm - conveniently from the driver's cab. In addition, the control unit features various monitoring functions as standard, such as empty indicator, automatic shutter monitoring, etc.

In addition to setting the working width with the aid of the infinitely variable speed adjustment of the spreading disc, all other switching functions can also be carried out on the control unit, e.g. on/off, slider setting for spread rate dosing, checking the voltage, etc. The control unit also provides a visual warning of the spreading width.
The control unit also provides visual and audible warnings when the minimum quantity in the hopper is reached or when the speed deviates or the slider position is not reached. Even more convenience is offered by speed-dependent metering via AUTO-DOSIS control.
The subtle difference
The pusher and spreading plate are made of stainless steel (stainless steel frame at extra charge). The agitator can be converted especially for grass seeding with an agitator finger included in the scope of delivery.
Flexible & robust in use
Thanks to the 12 V technology and the extensive range of brackets, the SuperVario® can be operated with almost all vehicles used in agriculture - e.g. with ATV, pick-up etc.

This standard bracket for ATV or Quad is bolted to the grille of the ATV at four corners by the lower short counter plates without tools. The existing studs fit to hold the spreader.
With the side wall bracket, the spreader can be effortlessly hooked into a straight, non-curved side wall and fixed in place by means of two set screws.

The spare wheel holder is designed for mounting the spreader on the off-road vehicle, which normally has the spare wheel on the rear door.
For this purpose, one hole is pre-drilled at the factory, please drill two more holes according to the hole pattern of your vehicle. The four holes for mounting the spreader are already provided at the factory.
Spreader holder for tool-free attachment to the vehicle's Accord or equipment triangle. The implement triangle is fixed to the spreader with four screws.
This bracket, in combination with the implement triangle bracket, represents a highly convenient way of mounting. No tools are required to change from mounting on the cultivator to mounting in the front hydraulics.
For spreading catch crops, we recommend mounting the SuperVario directly on the tillage implement with four bolts. The mounting should be done in such a way that the seed falls into the roller or the freshly tilled soil after the implement.
The pick-up bracket is height adjustable. The dimensions from the top edge of the tailgate to the top edge of the ball head can be adjusted from 590 to 780 mm, e.g. Ford Ranger: 700 mm, Nissan Navara: 760 mm, Isuzu/Opel Campo Sports Cab: 735 mm, Mitsubishi L200: 735 mm, Dodge RAM: 740 mm (AHK far back), Landrover: 830 mm (is too big)
Mounting options only for 70 & 70E liters Lehner
The upper tube is hooked in place of the catch basket, the lower tube is clipped to the springs. The bracket usually still needs to be adapted to the carrier vehicle.
Foldable jaw mount (suitable for 70 - 170 l)
Thanks to several mounting holes, this bracket can be mounted to almost any wheel loader or forklift. It facilitates access to the tailgate without dismantling the spreader. The bracket is stabilized and braced to the carrier vehicle by the 4 pieces of M20 adjustable feet with articulated plates.

Lehner drawbar mount foldable wheel loader is inserted into the drawbar of the wheel loader or forklift.
The advantage of this bracket is that when the bracket is mounted (spreader mounted on the vehicle), the tailgate of the carrier vehicle can be opened without having to dismantle the spreader.
Is inserted into the towing jaw of the wheel loader or forklift. The bolt diameter is 36 mm as standard. By the 6 pieces M20 adjustable feet with joint plate, the holder is stabilized and braced to the carrier vehicle.
The advantage of this bracket is that the completely mounted spreader can be lowered. The tailgate of the carrier vehicle can be opened without having to dismantle the spreader. The bracket can be lowered away to the rear in seconds.
Another advantage is the filling of the hopper. By lowering the bracket, it can thus be filled effortlessly. Through several mounting holes, the towing bracket "lowerable" can be mounted so flexibly that it fits almost any wheel loader or forklift.
Optional Accessories
Disconnection point control cable (coupling/socket) factory-mounted
With the disconnection point, the main cable from the spreader to the control unit can be disconnected. For this purpose we use a waterproof coupling/socket.
AUTO-DOSIS via 7-pin signal socket
With AUTO-DOSIS, the slider position is automatically adjusted to the driven speed. After selecting the spreading material, entering the desired spreading width and application rate per hectare, AUTO-DOSIS automatically reacts to braking and acceleration maneuvers and automatically readjusts the metering slide. The desired application rate kg/ha always remains constant. AUTO-DOSIS for speed-dependent metering can be implemented in two ways with the appropriate optional extra.
In this case, the speed driven is picked up via the 7-pin signal socket on the tractor. In addition, this variant contains the headland manager via the signal socket.
AUTO-DOSIS via GPS receiver
The speed is determined via GPS and passed on to the control unit.
