The Tsurumi LSC 1.4 S is a very powerful pump capable of pumping even the smallest amounts of water. Various innovative technologies allow the pump to run unattended in slurping mode for long periods of time. Thanks to the flow of water between the outer casing and the motor, the LSC 1.4 S cools itself by force.
For example, the check valve located above the inlet strainer prevents the pumped water from leaking out again. On smooth surfaces, a gradation of up to 1 mm is possible. Firefighter version with 20 m long cable and pressurized water protected safety plug and Storz C coupling
Like all Tsurumi pumps, this one is dry-running safe thanks to various technologies, as well as being particularly resistant to abrasion and wear.
The double mechanical seal is made of silicon carbide, an extremely heat and corrosion resistant material. In addition, Tsurumi's patented oil distributor ensures seamless and continuous lubrication of the seals. Additional material protection is provided by the rubber cladding of the base plate.
The LSC 1.4S is also available as a version with a level controller in the form of an electrode. This makes the LSC 1.4S also suitable as a submersible pump. (Does not apply to fire fighting applications)
