Altec HF mobile dock leveller made of aluminum hollow section with and without beam is designed for use as a dock leveller and loading ramp.
Altec HFB 55 and 60 mobile dock levellers are designed for universal use in loading operations between trucks and ramps with little or no height difference.
The HF type mobile loading ramps are made of 4 cm thick, high quality and weather resistant aluminum hollow section. Altec's HF is equipped with an anti-slip, profiled surface. Since safety is Altec's top priority, the underside of the Brück is equipped with a rubber profile.
This prevents the HF from slipping during loading and unloading. Additional equipment of the loading ramp with safety arms is possible on request. Due to the sturdy design of this mobile loading ramp and the 4 cm thick aluminum profile, the individual pieces weigh between 52 and 134 kg, depending on the width and length dimensions.
From a minimum height difference of 75 mm, the HF bridges are equipped with a downstand beam. In order to be able to move the Brücks from place to place without any problems, special fixed castors and sturdy forklift pockets for transport with forklift trucks are available. The mobile loading ramps type HF are available in different lengths from 124 to 249 cm.
Widths of 125 and 150 cm are available. The load capacity (kp) per piece is between 1600 and 4000. With their robust, high quality and excellent safety features, these mobile HF loading ramps are also ideally suited as mobile loading ramps. Height differences of up to a maximum of 26.5 cm can then be reliably bridged with the HF, depending on the version. A movable ramp tongue compensates for slopes and results in a flat approach angle.
